How much business are you losing because your management and employees do not have the confidence to speak in public?  Employers often choose not to train employees because they consider it too expensive, time-consuming or perhaps had a bad experience in the past. Whatever the reason may be, employers stand to lose if their employees are not continually growing and learning tools to make them better. Any training delivered effectively is time well spent.
